Packages are shipped via DHL/Deutsche Post which are transferred to local services in the country provided in the delivery address.
Shipping is tracked and insured, you will be provided with a tracking number via email.

You have the right to return your order up to 2 weeks after you have received it and a full refund for the item will be given provided the item is not altered or damaged, in this situation, all shipping costs are to be afforded by the buyer.
If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 3 days, providing proof of the damage and we will provide you with a substitute copy.
Digital items cannot be returned.
